Iron Maze — Support

Iron Maze is a wooden-labyrinth game for Apple Watch, with an iPhone companion app. Tilt your wrist to roll the steel ball to the hole and beat the clock. If you need help, you're in the right place.

Getting started

Open Iron Maze on your Apple Watch, tap Start, then tilt your wrist to roll the ball into the hole before time runs out. Levels 1–15 are free. Use the iPhone app to adjust ball sensitivity and to unlock Iron Maze Pro.

Pausing a level

Tap anywhere on the board to pause. From the pause menu you can Resume, Restart Level, or Quit to Menu. Scroll the menu if all options aren't visible at once.

Iron Maze Pro (in-app purchase)

Iron Maze Pro is an optional one-time purchase that unlocks Lava Mode (levels 16–30). Buy it from the iPhone app under the "Unlock Lava Mode" button.

Restoring a purchase: if you reinstall the app or get a new device, open the iPhone app and tap Restore Purchases to restore Iron Maze Pro at no charge.

Purchase didn't go through? Make sure you're signed in to the App Store, connected to the internet, and try again. Purchases are handled entirely by Apple; we never see your payment details.

Troubleshooting

• The ball won't move: the watch needs its motion sensors, which only work on a physical Apple Watch (not the simulator). Make sure the watch is on your wrist and try restarting the app.
• Watch and iPhone settings out of sync: keep both apps open briefly so the watch can receive your latest ball-sensitivity and Pro settings.
• App won't open after a while: if you installed a test/beta build, it may have expired — reinstall the current App Store version.
